Restaurant Style Salsa

Rough chop and puree in food processor the following:

8 roma tomatoes
1/2 purple onion
2 scallions
2 cloves of garlic crushed
1/2 bunch of cilantro
a large jalapeno pepper(only de-seeded one half)
salt, black pepper, & white pepper to taste,
tsp. or so of sriracha sauce
a splash of lime juice
a splash of golden balsamic vinegar
